    Had a replacement install in Oct 2017: dual-zoned furnaces & AC. Price was reasonable and the install was relatively painless and on schedule. Everyone on the crew was a pro and answered all my questions. New install comes with a 2 year maintenance agreement-- just had my first checkup. I had several questions that the tech (David) answered to my satisfaction. Very positive experience so far!
