  Larry Davis and Shawn Doyle own and operate D D Real Estate Inspections.
  
  I can say a lot of great things about these two guys, but #1 at top of the list is that they are HONEST, FORTHRIGHT, and VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOB. I trust them completely and am very glad to have been in their care. As a homeowner, there's nothing more than I could ask for or want.
  
  They are VERY thorough, VERY knowledgable, provide LOTS of feedback, and they provide a very nice and organized report in a binder upon completion of inspection along with a Data CD.
  
  During our recent home buying process, we chose D&D as our home inspectors at the recommendation of our real estate agent, Kelly Blue. After seeing D&D's inspection reports compared to those of other inspectors in town, it was clear that we wanted to go with D&D.
  
  Larry and Shawn made it absolutely clear to us that we should call them if we needed help or advice at ANY time, even after their inspection.
  
  Like they told us, learning about all the things in your home can be "like drinking water through a fire hydrant". They understand that new homeowners aren't going to assimilate all the information thrown at them at once, so they pledged to make themselves available to us whenever we need them. They honored that promise and continue to do so even now, more than 4 months after we purchased our home.
  
  Shawn made it a point to come over to our home after the completion of the sale to show me where everything is, educate me on how to operate, maintain, and check all the components of my house.
  
  Shawn was also instrumental in advising me throughout the process of having repairs done to my house, which as a new homeowner, was invaluable.
  
  I'm sure many homeowners can relate to the experiences of dealing with carpenters, handymen, contractors, etc. Many times you just don't know if you're getting a good deal price wise as well as value for the quality of work performed.
  
  As a homeowner, it's a realistic concern to have to pay a lot of money to a contractor/handyman who doesn't do the job right, or cuts corners and costs in ways that homeowners do not realize.
  
  I don't have to worry about that with Larry and Shawn because I really feel that they are really on the homeowners' side.
  
  There's no better feeling than to have a knowledgable person in your corner that's always willing to advise and help you in your time of need.
  
  The bottomline is that I couldn't give a higher recommendation for D&D Real Estate Inspections. A+++ all the way!
