  Nice people, great gym. They have about everything and even some things I'd not seen before. It gives you a lot of choices to mix up your workout. It get busy in the evening so I tried going at about 10am. That seemed to be the best time to go and be able to choose what machines I wanted to go on. I hated that some of the TVs weren't working or I couldn't find the remotes but that's what smartphones are for. Their shakes ate good for pre and post workout so if you get a chance, try one.
